About Location

Gocek is a little jewel near popular tourist destination Fethiye in Southwest of Turkey. Although it is only a small village amazingly accommodates 6 significant marinas and it is only 18 km far away from the Dalaman airport.Secluded bay and mysterious coastline would make this village very attractive for sailors. The bay is surrounded by 12 islands with different shapes and sizes.

Deep blue sea and ascending green mountains on the back create a magnificent scenery. The terracotta rooftop buildings are as high as 2 floors almost look like if they sank into the nature.

Many good quality and reasonably priced restaurants lined up front of the sea with a lovely bay view and are shaded by the mature trees to enjoy your meals away from the hot mediterranian sun during the day. At night the peaceful and pleasantly quite atmospher gives the feeling of relaxation although you will be surrounded by many people sharing the same enjoyment.

There are many interesting beaches and historical sites to see near Gocek. The magnificent Iztuzu beach where the breeding grounds for sea turtles is 30 minutes drive from Gocek. Nature walk lovers would enjoy interesting and challenging Saklikent gorge which is 45 minutes drive on Fethiye direction. Kayakoy is a greek ghost town worth seeing near Fethiye. The most photographed famous Lagoon Oludeniz is again just the other side of Fethiye. Tloss, Xhantos, Letoon are some of the ancient cities to visit in the area.
